My Transformation Story
I know what it's like to feel trapped in your own body. I was overweight, dealing with diabetes, watching my glucose numbers climb higher and higher. My knees ached with every step. I felt like I was losing control of my health, and honestly, I was scared about where I was heading.
But then everything changed.
I discovered intermittent fasting and committed to eating one meal a day (OMAD). It wasn't easy at first, but the results spoke for themselves.
The weight started coming off. My glucose numbers improved dramatically. The constant knee pain that had become part of my daily life began to fade. I wasn't just losing weight—I was reclaiming my life, my energy, and my future.
Today, I weigh 158 pounds, my glucose levels are in the healthy range, and I move without pain. More importantly, I feel like myself again. I have energy, confidence, and hope.
